Job Description

Role Purpose:

To manage large strategic accounts, ensure continuous growth and development as well as cross selling with all product offering. And assist the sales operation manager to manage the region as well as the sales team administratively.

Key Activities:

  • Ensure up to date market knowledge (projects, project owners, customer competitions) and shares it with the Sales Manager, the Branch Sales Teams and Marketing.
  • Effective networking with related local government authorities, consultants & key customers
  • Increase customer base & Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare state of the art reports on regional performance and present to management on a regular basis
  • Drill down the information financial capabilities & behavior of existing & new customers
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasting reports on a monthly basis to Supply Chain Manager and Product Managers to enable them plan their future orders.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
  • To set a plan for achieving his personal sales target
  • To assist the branch manager in developing the sales and budget plan
  • To handle some junior sales engineers and carry out their tasks.
  • Evaluate his direct reporting junior sales engineers and to make sure of receiving the training that they need.
  • Select potential customers based on market information, creating demand by visits and presentations.
  • Take on responsibility of orientation of all new staff and evaluation of performance of all branch employees.
  • Ensure compliance to all relevant quality management system procedures to guarantee delivery of high quality products/service.

Necessary Knowledge and Experience:

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
