Job Description

The Senior Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, managing, and delivering learning initiatives that support organizational capability building. This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder collaboration, and proficiency in data analysis and presentation to drive effective learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs aligned with business objectives
  • Lead end-to-end L&D projects, including planning, timelines, resource coordination, risk management, and delivery
  • Partner with business stakeholders to assess training needs and recommend appropriate learning solutions
  • Manage multiple learning initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
  • Track, analyze, and report training metrics and program effectiveness using Excel-based dashboards and reports
  • Prepare clear, impactful presentations and learning materials using PowerPoint for leadership and participants
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver training programs
  • Continuously evaluate and improve learning programs based on feedback, data, and best practices
  • Support change management and capability-building initiatives as required

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (executive-ready presentations, learning decks)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field
  • 58 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related HR function
  • Experience managing complex learning projects end-to-end
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders preferred
