Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Learning Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement the organization's learning and development strategy aligned with business

objectives.

  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with managers and department heads.
  • Forecast annual training budgets and ensure cost-effective learning solutions.
  • Program Design & Delivery
  • Design and deliver engaging learning programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage external training vendors or consultants.
  • Ensure training materials are updated, consistent, and aligned with company values and goals.
  • Talent Development & Performance
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Implement mentoring, coaching, and career development programs.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to integrate L&D initiatives with performance management and

employee engagement.

  • Evaluation & Reporting
  • Measure training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and post-training evaluations.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on L&D metrics, ROI, and overall impact.
  • Recommend continuous improvements to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Systems & Tools
  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure proper utilization and tracking.
  • Stay updated with the latest L&D technologies, tools, and trends to continuously improve training delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern learning technologies.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms, LMS, and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
