Summary:
The Senior Land Surveyor leads all survey activities in support of design and construction supervision, verifying contractor setting-out and as-built surveys using 3D survey software across all project scopes.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's or Diploma Degree in Land Surveying with 3D software knowledge

Min. Overall Relevant Experience: 20 years
Min. Experience in Similar Role/Projects: 3 years
Min. Regional (Middle East) Experience: 5 years
Location: Project site, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Construction Supervision services)
Language: Fluent spoken, read, and written English required
Job Title: Senior Land Surveyor
Role Purpose:
Lead survey control, setting-out verification, and as-built survey for infrastructure, roads, and utility network works.
Key Responsibilities:
• Survey Leadership — Lead all land survey activities supporting design and construction supervision.
• Setting-Out Verification — Verify contractor survey setting-out, levels, and as-built surveys using 3D software.
• Records Management — Prepare and maintain topographic, control, and as-built survey records.
• Coordination — Coordinate survey data with design and engineering teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Standards Compliance — Ensure survey works comply with Client and project technical standards.
• Experience surveying utility corridors (wet and dry) in addition to roads/civil works.
• Familiarity with heritage-site survey and protection requirements.
Leads survey control and as-built verification for infrastructure, roads, and utility works, using 3D survey software to ensure setting-out accuracy.
Directs survey control across multiple interfacing infrastructure packages on large-scale developments, ensuring setting-out and as-built accuracy on complex, multi-contractor sites
