Job Summary:

Leading the design of a variety of Urban Design and Landscape projects, ensuring a seamless integration between master planning, topographical grading, and detailed landscape environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop landscape detailed designs and integrated master plans using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Preparing Master plan grading, topographical data analysis, and BIM Modeling.
  • Prepare ministerial decrees drawings and technical reports related to urban and landscape design.
  • Develop and update landscape details, urban design frameworks, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Collaborate with technical teams (Infrastructure, Roads, and Architecture) to achieve the best holistic results.
  • Coordination with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure project alignment and delivery.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or equivalent. MSc. is an advantage.
  • From 6 to 8 years of experience, specifically in landscape design and urban design/planning engineering.
  • Proficiency in master plan grading using AutoCAD Civil 3D is required.
  • Experience in using AutoCAD and Photoshop; InDesign proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience in using BIM (REVIT) in Landscape Architecture and Urban Design is highly recommended.
  • Proficiency in using Arc GIS is preferred.
  • Familiarity with urban planning and design techniques, ministerial decree regulations, and local design standards.
  • Experience in managing and supervising junior engineers and multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Excellent command of all MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Very good command of English.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in preparing high-quality visual presentations and comprehensive technical reports.
