RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Taking a lead role throughout all project phasesfrom concept through technical design and delivery.
- Preparing detailed landscape design drawings, plans, specifications, and technical packages.
- Developing design and presentation materials through hand sketches, 3D modeling, and visual storytelling to meet client expectations.
- Creating comprehensive landscape construction documents aligned with project and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with internal teams, external consultants, and clients to ensure design integration and project success.
- Coordinating design efforts with other disciplines, including architecture, graphics, engineering, lighting design, horticulture, and more.
- Producing high-quality visuals, reports, and design schemes, and supporting their presentation to clients and stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in this role, we envision you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related discipline.
- 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally graduating between 2018-2020.
- Experience with GCC region projects and mega-scale developments is highly desirable.
You should also demonstrate:
- Strong knowledge of landscape documentation, including design reports, tender packages, and construction details.
- Proficiency in key design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and similar software.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Advanced skills in site analysis, feasibility studies, and strategic development planning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong organizational and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with local and international codes and standards.
- Experience with BIM technologies, particularly Revit, in landscape applications is a plus.
- A clear understanding of the design development process and multidisciplinary coordination.
