Senior Landscape Architect

We are currently looking for a talented Senior Landscape Architect to join an established multidisciplinary design consultancy in Dubai, working on a diverse range of high-profile residential, commercial & public realm projects across the UAE.

This role would suit someone with strong experience across the full landscape design process, with a particular preference for candidates who have a strong background in pre-concept, concept and schematic design. The successful candidate will combine creative design ability with the technical knowledge required to support projects through the wider design and delivery process.

The Role:

• Lead the development of landscape designs from pre-concept and concept through to schematic design, with involvement through the later stages of project delivery.
• Preparing concept and schematic design reports and presentations
• Participate in and contribute to client meetings, workshops and design presentations.
• Coordinate landscape designs with architects, engineers and other specialist disciplines.
• Support the progression of projects from schematic design through to detailed design and IFC documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture or similar
• 6 years of experience in landscape design
• Strong experience across pre-concept, concept and schematic design stages
• A strong, creative portfolio demonstrating high-quality landscape design work
• Experience working on large-scale and complex projects, ideally across a range of sectors
• Ability to develop and present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers and other multidisciplinary design teams
• Good technical understanding, with the ability to support projects through later design stages and documentation
• Proficiency in relevant design software, including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp/Revit, or similar
• Previous experience in the UAE or wider Middle East would be advantageous, but is not essential
