As a Senior Landscape Manager, you be responsible for leading, planning, and delivering all landscape and swimming pool works from design coordination through execution, handover, and maintenance ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of landscape and swimming pool packages across multiple live projects, from design development through construction, handover, and defects liability/maintenance.
- Coordinate with design consultants, architects, and MEP teams to review and validate landscape and pool design packages for buildability, cost, and compliance
- Develop and manage project programmes, resource plans, and procurement schedules for landscape and pool works.
- Oversee site execution teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure work is delivered in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Manage technical submittals, material approvals, and shop drawing reviews related to hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and swimming pool systems (filtration, water treatment, pool finishes, MEP interfaces).
- Monitor budgets, variations, and cost control for landscape and pool scopes, liaising with commercial/QS teams as required.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and quality standards across all landscape and pool activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to track progress, identify risks, and resolve technical or execution issues.
- Manage the snagging, testing/commissioning, and handover process for landscape and pool works, including operation and maintenance documentation.
- Oversee post-handover landscape and pool maintenance contracts/programmes to ensure long-term asset quality.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, representing the landscape and pool function in project meetings and progress reporting.
- Mentor and manage a team of landscape engineers, supervisors, and coordinators.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Horticulture, or a related field
- Minimum 15–20 years of relevant experience in large-scale landscape and swimming pool projects, including significant experience in a senior/leadership capacity
- Proven track record delivering landscape and pool works on large residential, mixed-use, or master-planned developments
- Strong technical knowledge of softscape/hardscape execution, irrigation systems, and swimming pool engineering (filtration, water treatment, structural, and finishing works)
