Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior or Lead AI Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-driven systems across the platform. You will play a key role in defining how intelligence is embedded into workflows, from data ingestion to reasoning and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement RAG pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Build and evaluate prompt engineering strategies for production systems
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs where appropriate
- Design agent-based systems using frameworks such as Google ADK or similar
- Implement multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling, and memory patterns
- Collaborate on system architecture and AI infrastructure decisions
- Optimize AI pipelines for performance, reliability, and cost
- Contribute to long-term AI strategy and technical roadmap
- Problem solving and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in AI / ML engineering or applied research
- Strong understanding of: LLMs and transformers, RAG architectures, Prompt engineering and evaluation, Fine-tuning techniques
- Hands-on experience with agent-based LLM frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc.)
- Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (training, inference, evaluation)
- Strong Python development skills
- Experience with data preprocessing and manipulation
- Familiarity with production AI systems and tradeoffs
Nice to Have
- C++ and/or Go experience
- Distributed systems or back-end engineering background
- Experience deploying AI systems at scale and some MLOps experience
- Linux and DevOps exposure
- Familiarity with vector databases and retrieval systems
- Research mindset and curiosity
