Senior Lead Architect (Cybersecurity)

About the Role

We are hiring a Security Architect to support enterprise cybersecurity engagements across APAC for a global cybersecurity services provider.

This role is focused on hands-on enterprise security architecture work, helping clients identify gaps in their security design, validate controls, and define practical improvements to strengthen their overall security posture.

You will work directly with enterprise clients in Singapore and across APAC, partnering with regional architects and security specialists to solve complex technical security challenges and support high-impact engagements, including incident-related analysis when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and technical assessments for enterprise clients
• Identify gaps in security design, controls, and system configurations
• Define practical remediation plans and target security architectures
• Translate technical findings into clear, structured recommendations for clients
• Deliver client presentations and support technical workshops
• Collaborate with regional and global cybersecurity teams across APAC
• Support incident-related and security validation work when required (up to 20%)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity in a technical role such as:

security architect, security engineer, network/security engineer, cloud security engineer, or application security engineer

• Strong understanding of enterprise security architecture and security controls
• Proven ability to assess complex environments and identify security gaps
• Ability to design practical, risk-based security improvements
• Strong communication skills with client-facing experience
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Nice to Have

Experience in cybersecurity consulting or professional services

CISSP or cloud/security certifications (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Exposure to incident response or security investigations

Experience presenting to senior stakeholders or executives
