Ensure staff achieves all KPI standards that include face-to-face visits & relationship management, besides monthly financial targets.
Coach staff by joint visits, train on product and credit policy, upskill staff on sales objections and presentations.
Control daily activity i.e. Calls, Appointments, Meetings, Closures, References, Cross Sells of all the team members to achieve targeted sales numbers for the team.
Follow-up & maintain his team existing client's portfolio ( KYC updates, dormant accounts closure , overdrawn accounts settlements).
Present and acquire premium Business Banking customers for the Bank & provide services to these potential customers in an ethical structured & professional manner.
Ensure a complete understanding of the Bank's most current credit policy for Business Banking is disseminated within the teams and suggest enhancements.
6-8 Years of banking experience, with a minimum of 4 years in Credit or Commercial function.
