Senior/Lead Front-End Developer (React.js/Next.js)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead offshore front-end development and collaborate with US-based teams.
2. Build and maintain scalable UI components using React, Next.js, and Storybook.
3. Optimize code performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
4. Estimate tasks and oversee implementation of PWAs and complex workflows.

Job Requirements:

1. Experience range: 7–10 years in front-end development with team leadership.
2. Strong in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and Micro UI architecture.
3. Familiar with React Flow, PWAs, build tools (Webpack, Maven), and CI/CD.
4. Proven ability to debug, optimize, and deliver modern UI applications.
