About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Post-Tension Specialist with 10+ years of dedicated post-tension design experience to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and delivery of complex post-tensioned concrete structures, providing technical expertise from concept development through construction. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with post-tension contractors, a strong understanding of Gulf market requirements, particularly in the UAE, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, efficient, and high-performing structural solu

Responsibilities:

• Make independent design decisions regarding post-tension slab design.
• Creating initial design concepts that meet the project's structural and aesthetic requirements.
• Overseeing post tensioning projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Reviewing interpreting project designs and plans to develop post tensioning layouts and detailing.
• Providing expert advice and recommendations on post tensioning systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of post tensioning systems.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards in all post tensioning activities.
• Participating in project meetings, presentations, and reviews to provide technical expertise and support.
• Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the design and construction phases.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize the design for efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 10 years of pure experience in post-tension design
• Experience as a post-tension contractor
• Experience in the Gulf, UAE market and local authority requirements is needed.
• Excellent English, spoken and written.
