Senior Leader - FP&A MIS

Senior Leader – FP&A / MIS | Dubai

A prominent global business group with a diversified portfolio across multiple sectors and international markets is seeking a highly experienced Senior FP&A / MIS Leader to take a Group-level leadership position within its Shared Services function.

This is a high-profile Group-level role, providing strategic financial insight across a complex and rapidly evolving organisation, with significant exposure to senior leadership and key business stakeholders.

We are looking for a finance leader with 15+ years of experience, ideally gained within a complex, CapEx-intensive and project-driven environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead Group-level FP&A and management reporting
• Own and present monthly MIS packs to senior leadership
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
• Provide financial analysis, scenario modelling and commercial insights
• Develop and monitor key financial and operational KPIs
• Partner with senior stakeholders across multiple businesses
• Support strategic investment and major CapEx / development decisions
• Drive improvements in reporting, forecasting and financial planning processes

Ideal background:

• 15+ years of relevant finance experience
• Strong senior-level FP&A and MIS background
• Proven experience preparing and presenting management / board-level reporting
• Experience in a CapEx-intensive, project-led environment
• Background in sectors such as Real Estate, Construction, Telecommunications, Data Centres, Infrastructure or similar
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial and analytical capability
