Job Summary
Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a Senior Learning Solutions Specialist to partner with business stakeholders to launch, sustain, and continuously improve learning and development programs that enable AJMN's strategy and drive the development of competencies and skills.
The Senior Learning Solutions Specialist is responsible for conducting learning needs analysis, designing and implementing effective learning solutions, and ensuring delivery in accordance with agreed quality standards. The role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to identify development needs and deliver impactful learning initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and priorities.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and translate business requirements into effective learning solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement learning and development programs aligned with AJMN's strategy.
- Ensure learning solutions meet agreed quality standards and organizational requirements.
- Develop and deliver innovative, engaging, and blended learning experiences.
- Manage learning projects from needs analysis and instructional design through implementation and evaluation.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning programs.
- Support competency and skills development across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and external learning providers.
- Stay updated on emerging learning trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning strategies, programs, and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Learning Solutions, Instructional Design, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in learning needs analysis, instructional design, and implementation of learning solutions.
- Experience in designing and managing learning and development programs.
- Knowledge of blended learning, digital learning, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
