Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Learning & Development Specialist to join our Academy team and support the organization's learning and capability development strategy.
The ideal candidate is passionate about continuous learning, instructional design, and creating meaningful learning experiences that drive performance and business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads and key stakeholders
- Design, develop, and deliver technical and behavioral training programs aligned with business objectives and performance goals
- Apply Instructional Design models and adult learning principles to design structured learning journeys
- Develop high-quality training materials and learning content Kit.
- Use content authoring and design tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, Canva, PowToon, or similar) to create engaging learning content
- Integrate gamification techniques and interactive elements into learning programs
- Manage learning activities through LMS and digital learning platforms, ensuring accurate records and reporting
- Coordinate with external training providers, facilitators, and vendors
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance indicators
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Learning & Development
- Instructional Design or Professional Trainer certificate
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to manage multiple learning initiatives and stakeholders effectively
- Familiarity with mobile learning, microlearning, or gamified learning solutions
Preferred / Added Advantage
- Familiarity with SCORM-compliant content and learning analytics
- Exposure to competency frameworks, leadership development, or talent development programs.
