We are seeking an experienced
Senior Leasing Admin Specialist to lead and manage our Leasing Administration function across the entire portfolio. This strategic role ensures full governance of the leasing lifecycle from proposal to contract execution while enhancing operational excellence, compliance, and crossfunctional collaboration.
You will oversee a team of Leasing Admin Specialists, drive continuous improvement, ensure highquality leasing documentation, and act as the key control point for process governance and risk management.

Leasing Strategy & Governance
- Lead the preparation and review of new lease and renewal proposals, ensuring commercial and legal alignment.
- Provide executivelevel recommendations to senior stakeholders and maintain governance over all leasing approvals.
- Oversee lease agreement reviews, ensuring compliance with internal standards and critical clauses.
Regulatory Contract Management
- Oversee municipality contract administration (ADGM, Ejari, Ejar, Tawtheeq).
- Ensure accurate regulatory submissions, documentation compliance, and audit readiness.
Lease Amendments, Addendums & Terminations
- Manage all lease variations, coordinating with Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Maintain full governance and documentation integrity for all modifications.
Financial Administration & Controls
- Oversee vendor creation, lease setup, bank guarantees, renewals, and financial validations in JDE.
- Support Finance with reconciliations and ensure auditready payment documentation.
Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting
- Lead renewal tracking dashboards and reporting tools across entities.
- Provide insights and risk assessments to senior leadership on renewal exposure and portfolio performance.
- Champion process improvement, workflow automation, and data consistency.
Team Leadership
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Leasing Admin Specialists.
- Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
