This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Leasing Executive based in New Cairo. Responsibilities include developing and managing leasing strategies, negotiating and managing lease agreements, conducting market research to identify leasing opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. The role also involves overseeing lease administration, ensuring timely execution of agreements, and aligning operations with company objectives.

• Proven expertise in Commercial Leasing and Lease Negotiations
• Strong knowledge of Lease Administration and handling Leases
• Experience conducting detailed Market Research to identify opportunities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with leasing management software and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
• Experience in the property management or real estate industry is a plus
