Role Description

Be part of shaping premium commercial destinations along the Nile.

We are looking for experienced and driven Sales & Leasing Executives (Male & Female) to attract and secure international brands for high-end restaurants and cafés within our iconic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and attract international & well-known brands

Manage the full commercial leasing cycle

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and brand representatives

Negotiate and successfully close leasing deals

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial real estate & leasing

Proven background in retail/commercial leasing is a must

Strong network or ability to connect with international brands is a plus

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Professional attitude, proactive mindset, and strong team spirit
