Senior Leasing Expansion Manager

Leasing Operations & Strategy:

• Manage end-to-end leasing operations, including contract negotiations, lease renewals, and terminations, ensuring all agreements align with the business objectives.

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental yields.

• Identify and secure new retail locations in line with the expansion plans.

• Ensure all lease agreements comply with corporate policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.

• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for securing favorable lease terms.

Lease Administration & Compliance:

• Draft, review, and oversee the execution of lease agreements while ensuring compliance with corporate standards and legal regulations.

• Conduct lease audits to ensure accurate financial tracking and adherence to contractual obligations.

• Maintain accurate lease documentation, ensuring proper record-keeping and retrieval processes.

• Oversee rent escalations, service charge agreements, and lease-related financial commitments.

Financial & Budgeting Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the finance team to align leasing activities with the financial goals, ensuring budget forecasting and expense tracking accuracy.

• Analyze leasing costs and revenue generation to optimize financial performance.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly leasing reports, providing insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and external stakeholders to negotiate favorable lease terms.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all leasing-related negotiations and dispute resolutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to streamline leasing processes and standardize procedures.

Risk Management & Compliance:

• Evaluate and mitigate leasing-related risks by identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them.

• Ensure compliance with all local leasing laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Monitor lease performance and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency.
