We are looking for an Arabic speaking Leasing Manager (Real Estate Properties) for overseeing end-to-end property operations, including lease management and procurement functions. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE real estate regulations, operational best practices, and asset optimization strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure operational efficiency, cost control, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with Dubai regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Leasing Operations Management
- Oversee residential, commercial, and retail leasing operations.
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental yield.
- Monitor lease renewals, tenant retention and arrears management.
- Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and Dubai tenancy laws.
- Coordinate with legal teams on lease documentation and dispute resolution.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing strategies.
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with company policies.
- Manage tendering processes, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain approved vendor lists and conduct performance evaluations.
- Oversee contract administration and renewal processes.
Financial & Budget Control
- Prepare and manage operational budgets.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost control measures.
- Conduct financial analysis related to leasing revenue and operational expenditure.
- Support asset valuation and performance reporting.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to UAE real estate regulations and corporate governance.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain insurance compliance and risk documentation.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor leasing, FM, and procurement teams.
- Establish KPIs and performance monitoring systems.
- Promote a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar.
- Must have experience in property leasing at least for 5 years.
- Must be able to speak Arabic fluently.
- Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience in a Rel estate industry.
- Strong knowledge of UAE real estate market and RERA regulations
- Expertise in facilities management, and procurement an added advantage.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills

Salary up to AED 35,000/month
