Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Leasing Sales professional to join our team and play a key role in driving leasing performance and maximizing occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead leasing activities and achieve monthly and annual leasing targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential tenants, brokers, and key stakeholders.
Conduct property tours and present leasing proposals professionally.
Negotiate lease terms and close deals in line with company policies.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Support junior leasing team members with guidance and best practices.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the leasing process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Leases and Lease Administration
- Experience in Leasing
- Strong Customer Service skills with a professional and proactive approach
- Excellent understanding of leasing contracts and market dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and client-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of the real estate market in Egypt and the Gulf region is preferred
- Bachelor's degree .
