Senior Legal Counsel

The In-House team at Beacon Legal have been instructed on an exciting Senior Legal Counsel opportunity to join a leading holding company in Abu Dhabi.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must:

• have a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience, having trained with a leading international law firm in a common-law jurisdiction
• have extensive experience advising on banking & financial transactions with a focus on Islamic finance, conventional finance, project finance and capital markets
• have an understanding of the ADGM legal framework
• have experience working with an in-house organisation within the financial services sector
