Job Description
- In this role you will be working across both product and commercial teams to support on a wide range of transactions, all focused on digital banking.
- These transactions include the development and launch of retail and wealth management products across multiple digital platforms. The ability to structure, design and launch products with regulatory oversight should be expected.
- The commercial side includes supporting teams with advisory work around various agreements that include software, partnerships and customer contracts.
Requirements
- 7-12 PQE
- Law firm training - reputable / international platform
- Candidates will ideally have a mixture of both law firm and In-House experience
- Candidates with exposure to retail products wealth management, digital product launches and regulatory oversight will take preference
- Singapore based role but with regional oversight
