Senior Legal Counsel Industrial Sector Saudi Arabia

An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a growing organisation in Saudi Arabia, which is poised to contribute greatly to the Kingdom to achieve its Vision 2030 goals. This entity operates within the manufacturing industry and is intended to supply to organisations globally, particularly in the oil & gas sector.

The successful candidate will join their expanding team, offering expert legal counsel on corporate and general commercial matters. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of procurement and commercial contracts, from drafting to negotiation. They will also support procurement teams by reviewing tender documents, resolving supplier issues, and providing practical legal guidance to mitigate risk.

Ideally, applicants should possess at least 4-5 years of post-qualification experience and be legally qualified in the KSA. Candidates should have substantial exposure to KSA laws and can work autonomously. Full proficiency in English and Arabic languages is a must, and exposure to the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.

Remuneration: Approximately SAR 30,000 to 32,000 plus bonus
