Minimum 15 years of legal experience including considerable experience in Upstream Oil & Gas Sector. Strong preference is recognized for experience working corporate inhouse. Experience providing practical advice on international petroleum law and related legal issues relating to commercial, financial and technical aspects of international petroleum work forming the context from which upstream petroleum agreements, including CAs/NDAs, PSCs/PSAs, FOAs/FIAs, JOAs, Joint Bidding Agreements, AMIs, Expressions of Interest, Unitization Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Bids, MOUs, GSAs, EPC and FEED contracts, Sales Purchase Agreements, gas balancing agreements, lease agreements, rights of way, surface use agreements, and master service agreements, among others etc. It is also necessary to have experience with boycott, sanctions, and anti-corruption conventions.
Academic Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in law (e.g., LLB or J.D. from an accredited law school).
