Occupation Description
The Legal Affairs Senior Manager act as an advisor for relevant stakeholders to minimize legal liabilities in ongoing cases and prevent future exposure in all operations and agreements. He/she oversees the legal aspects of CED's business; guarantee that the company strictly follows legal laws & regulations.
Job Scope
- Evaluate feasibility and risk analysis of new projects or expansion plans.
- Handle legal cases related to the organization and providing advisory on resolution process, alternatives and financial liabilities.
- Lead and supervise the legal advisor to make sure that they work efficiently on various cases to be able to resolve different legal issues.
- Manage disputes and litigation matters through the external law firms / internal team.
- Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, investment authority, etc.).
- Provide advice on day-to-day Labor legal queries, if any, including investigations, imposition of disciplinary action, recommendation for promotion or termination, and preparation of performance evaluations.
- Provide training to the staff members on various legal aspects to develop their skills.
Education and Most Common Work Experience Requested
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- 12-15 years of related experience, previous experience in real estate is a must
- Experience in working with Executive Management directly
