Senior Legal Officer
Lead legal activities by ensuring compliance with Saudi laws and financial regulations, mitigating risks, and supporting business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support legal strategy and regulatory compliance in KSA
- Review and negotiate contracts and agreements
- Advise management on legal and regulatory matters
- Handle disputes, litigation, and external counsel
- Identify and mitigate legal risks
- Ensure compliance with financial and corporate regulations
- Support development of legal policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (Master's preferred)
- Licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia
- 6+ years of legal experience (financial sector preferred)
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of Saudi financial regulations and corporate law
- Fluent in Arabic & English
