Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, commercially focused legal advice.
- Lead and manage complex legal matters and client relationships.
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Represent and advise clients on significant matters and disputes.
- Develop new client relationships and contribute to business development.
- Bring an established client network or demonstrate strong business development capabilities.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth.
- Support the strategic development and growth of the relevant practice area.
Ideal candidates: Senior lawyers, Legal Directors, Senior Legal Counsel, and Partner-level professionals with strong technical expertise, client relationships, and business development experience.
