Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, commercially focused legal advice.
• Lead and manage complex legal matters and client relationships.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Represent and advise clients on significant matters and disputes.
• Develop new client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Bring an established client network or demonstrate strong business development capabilities.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth.
