III. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

        • IV. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

          • Academic Foundation: A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Law, Business Administration, or International Secretarial Studies.
          • Professional Track Record: A minimum of four (4) years of high-level experience within a Tier-1 legal firm or a multinational corporate environment.
          • Linguistic Excellence: Absolute Fluency in English (Written and Spoken). Candidates must demonstrate the ability to communicate with global investors at a native-equivalent level.
          • Regulatory Expertise: A profound understanding of Saudi legal terminology and the KSA judicial framework.
          • Character: A High-Pressure performer with an unwavering commitment to professional discretion and meticulous organizational discipline.

          V. ENGAGEMENT TERMS & GLOBAL BENEFITS

          • Remuneration: Competitive salary starting from EGP 50,000 per month. Final compensation is subject to the candidate's professional assessment and Elite qualification status.
          • Contractual Status: Permanent employment contract with a probation period governed by Saudi Labor Law.
          • International Mobility: For candidates currently based outside Saudi Arabia, we provide a 60-day strategic relocation window upon successful appointment.
