Responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, expanding market share, and managing high-value client relationships within the lighting industry. The role focuses on strategic market development, project acquisition, and achievement of sales targets while contributing to the overall commercial strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of new customer acquisition strategies and high-value project pipelines across assigned territories.
  • Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on strategic business opportunities to drive long-term growth within the lighting industry.
  • Define and execute market penetration plans to expand market share across multiple lighting applications and key segments.
  • Own revenue performance by setting sales objectives, forecasting results, and driving corrective actions to consistently achieve or exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with consultants, developers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
  • Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members to maximize overall team performance.
  • Take necessary actions to achieve the sales target.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ Years of experience
  • Uses AutoCAD
  • Microsoft Office
  • Dialux
