Job Description

Senior Localization Compliance Job Scope:

The Senior Localization Compliance in charge of IKTVA and LC&GPA compliance, maintaining continuous audit readiness, and managing monthly and quarterly reporting to Saudi Aramco. The role monitors compliance across procurement, HR, finance, and operations, tracks regulatory and scoring updates, and coordinates audits with internal stakeholders and external auditors.

Responsibilities

· Ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco IKTVA guidelines and requirements

· Coordinate monthly and quarterly IKTVA reporting to Saudi Aramco and ensure timely submission

· Prepare the company for annual IKTVA audits and assessments

· Monitor procurement, HR, finance, and operational data to ensure adherence to IKTVA policies

· Review, validate, and reconcile IKTVA data prior to submission

· In charge of monitoring changes in IKTVA and LC&GPA frameworks, guidelines, and scoring methodologies

· Assess the impact of framework or scoring changes and communicate required actions to relevant functions

· Establish, maintain, and update IKTVA and LC&GPA compliance controls and checklists

· Maintain a centralized repository for IKTVA and LC&GPA supporting documentation and evidence

· Coordinate and support IKTVA audits with Saudi Aramco and appointed auditors

· Coordinate LC&GPA audits with external auditors in collaboration with SCM and Finance

· Track audit findings, observations, and corrective actions and ensure closure

· Flag compliance risks, gaps, and non-conformance issues to the IKTVA Manager

· Support the IKTVA Manager during Aramco reviews, clarifications, and follow ups

· Monitor all SADA trainees and graduates, ensure they are evaluated by Operations as per the competency and assessment requirements, and confirm readiness for progression to the next position.

· Monthly IKTVA reports submitted to Saudi Aramco

· Quarterly IKTVA reports with supporting data and analysis

· Annual IKTVA audit readiness pack

· Updated IKTVA and LC&GPA compliance checklists

· Framework and scoring change impact summaries

· Audit ready IKTVA and LC&GPA documentation

· LC&GPA audit files and evidence packs

· Audit findings and corrective action tracking log

· Compliance and risk status updates provided to the IKTVA Manager

· SADA trainee and graduate status tracker

· SADA progression and promotion readiness report

Educational background required:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field. A master's degree is preferred.

2.Professional certifications such as Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA), Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), or equivalent credentials in financial modeling, data analytics, or business analysis are highly desirable. 3.Experience supporting Saudi Aramco, government entities, or companies operating in highly regulated environments is strongly preferred.

Required Technical Skills:

1. Strong expertise in financial modeling, advanced Excel, dashboards, and financial data analytics.

2. Experience working with large and complex data sets from multiple sources such as finance, procurement, and HR systems

3. Solid understanding of financial controls, audit trails, and compliance frameworks.

4. Ability to interpret regulatory and compliance frameworks and convert them into clear financial models, calculations, and reporting logic.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate, reconcile, and defend financial data during audits and management reviews.

6. Experience supporting regulatory reporting, compliance reviews, and audit processes.

7. Ability to support IKTVA score calculations, financial inputs, and validation of local content related financial data

8. Experience preparing financial data to support regulatory submissions, audits, and compliance reviews

9. Ability to develop financial models and forecasting tools to evaluate the financial impact of localization initiatives, procurement strategies, and workforce development programs
