Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Logistics Manager who is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all site logistics operations across the assigned training sites to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted construction activities. The role ensures optimized material flow, site access control, temporary facilities management, heavy equipment coordination, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project-wide Logistics Management Plan.
• Review and approve contractor site-specific logistics and traffic management plans.
• Coordinate the interface between multiple contractors working in close proximity or shared areas.
• Oversee site security, access control, and site establishment protocols.
• Plan and manage the delivery, handling, and storage of key materials and large equipment.
• Coordinate with local authorities (municipalities, traffic police) on road usage, public safety, and any necessary road closures or diversions.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations regarding construction logistics and public safety.
• Coordinate with the HSW Director on logistics-related safety risks, including traffic movements and material handling.
• Monitor logistics performance and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
• Manage logistics-related procurement (site cabins, hoardings, signage) as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 15+ years experience in construction logistics management
• Demonstrated experience in logistics management for stadiums, sports complexes, training facilities, or large event venues is a significant advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and supply chain coordination
• Proven experience working in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is highly preferred,
