The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Delivers accurate and timely document control services, ensuring the efficient management, organisation and retrieval of project information. Coordinates the numbering, filing and distribution of electronic and hard-copy documentation produced by project teams, consultants, and subcontractors, supporting effective project delivery and governance.

You'll Be Responsible For

  • Manage the development and implementation of the programme-wide logistics strategy for the manufacture, transportation, storage and installation of large-scale modular units, prefabricated structures, and construction pods across the project.
  • Plan and manage the end-to-end logistics lifecycle, from off-site fabrication facilities through to final assembly on site, ensuring seamless integration with programme milestones and construction sequencing.
  • Oversee the movement of oversized, heavy, and abnormal loads, including route studies, transport permits, marine transport (where applicable), escort requirements, and regulatory approvals.
  • Coordinate closely with design, engineering, manufacturing, construction, and project controls teams to ensure module readiness, delivery schedules, and installation activities are aligned with project objectives.
  • Establish and manage logistics hubs, temporary storage areas, laydown yards, and assembly zones, ensuring safe and efficient material handling and module staging operations.
  • Supervise all heavy-lift and critical transportation planning activities, working with specialist contractors to develop lift studies, transportation methodologies, and execution plans.
  • Monitor logistics performance through KPIs, dashboards, and reporting processes, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and programme certainty.
  • Ensure compliance with project logistics standards, traffic management plans, health and safety requirements, environmental obligations, and all applicable regulatory approvals.
  • Engage with contractors, authorities, transport providers, module fabricators, and key stakeholders to manage interfaces, resolve logistics challenges, and support successful programme delivery.

You'll Need To Have

  • Degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline.
  • Extensive logistics leadership across major infrastructure, industrial, or giga-project programmes.
  • Proven delivery of modularization and off-site construction projects at scale.
  • Expertise in heavy-haul logistics, lifting operations, and multi-stakeholder programme environments.
