Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled low observable engineer specializing in Chemistry, Polymer Science and Functional coatings. The successful candidate will design, prepare, and validate experimentally advanced electromagnetic materials.

Job Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, synthesize and optimize advanced functional materials, including radar absorbing materials and coatings.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address functional challenges across programs.

· Investigate material degradation mechanisms and develop solutions to improve material durability under thermal, mechanical, and environmental stresses.

· Define and execute qualification test campaigns in accordance with relevant standards.

· Contribute to cost-performance trade-off analyses and material down-selection for system-level applications.

· Implement scalable manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control and repeatability.

Qualification and experience:

· Master's degree (or higher) in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.

· Minimum 5+ years of proven relevant experience in the design, fabrication, and testing of polymers and coatings.

· Experience in ceramic materials is advisable but not required.
