Role Type

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Customer Engineer specializing in strategic advisory, architecture, and technical leadership for enterprise-scale M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions. This role drives AI-powered transformation, leads complex deployments, and mentors teams on best practices for Copilot adoption and agent development. This role is customer-facing and requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with technical, non-technical and leadership contacts at customers.

1015 years of experience with customer facing roles in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solution architecture.

Deep expertise in:

M365 Copilot: architecture, deployment, customization, and governance

Copilot Studio: agent design, plugin development, integration with enterprise data, and lifecycle management

Power Platform: advanced use of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and connectors

Security, compliance, and data governance for AI and cloud solutions

Leading large-scale digital transformation and AI adoption programs

Stakeholder management at C-level and technical leadership of cross-functional teams

Solution design for regulated industries and complex environments

Advanced troubleshooting and performance optimization for Copilot and Copilot Studio deployments

Well-architected frameworks and best practices for M365 and Power Platform
