We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to support the development of AI-driven solutions within the Global Digital Marketing team of a leading agricultural company. In this role, you will design and implement intelligent applications powered by Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI agents, helping to automate business processes and enhance digital marketing capabilities.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI solutions, integrate enterprise data sources, and deliver production-ready applications using modern AI frameworks and cloud technologies. Project Overview

The Global Digital Marketing team is building next-generation AI solutions that improve customer engagement, automate business processes, and enable intelligent decision-making across enterprise platforms.
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering enterprise-grade Generative AI applications, intelligent agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions integrated with large-scale enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable LLM-based intelligent agents and AI-powered applications.
- Design conversational AI solutions and contribute to solution architecture.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and semantic search techniques.
- Integrate Large Language Models with enterprise data sources and APIs.
- Develop semantic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and Copilot Studio.
- Automate internal business processes using n8n and AI-powered workflows.
- Collaborate with DevOps, backend engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.
- Optimize prompt engineering strategies, model performance, and AI application quality.
- Contribute to AI deployment best practices, model evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the adoption of modern AI development tools and engineering practices.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
Technical Skills
- Proven experience developing and deploying Generative AI or LLM-based applications.
- Strong prompt engineering skills using Large Language Models such as:
- OpenAI
- Azure OpenAI
- Claude
- LLaMA
- Experience with AWS AI services, including:
- Amazon Bedrock
- AgentCore
- Hands-on experience with:
- LangChain
- LangGraph
- Similar LLM orchestration frameworks
- Strong understanding of:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Semantic Search
- Vector Embeddings
- Vector Databases
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and microservices.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
Professional Experience
- Proven experience delivering production-ready AI and Machine Learning solutions.
- Experience integrating AI applications with enterprise systems and business workflows.
- Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Experience collaborating within Agile development teams.
