Lead the planning, execution, and supervision of maintenance activities with primary responsibility for electrical systems, while supporting mechanical, plumbing, and civil maintenance requirements to ensure overall facility reliability and performance.
Conduct regular inspections and performance assessments of electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure systems to identify maintenance needs, prioritize tasks, and develop maintenance plans and schedules.
Provide technical expertise on electrical systems, equipment, and installations, while supporting troubleshooting and maintenance activities related to mechanical, plumbing, and civil assets.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to address maintenance challenges, resolve technical issues, and implement solutions that improve system performance, reliability, and energy efficiency.
Utilize diagnostic tools and testing equipment to troubleshoot electrical system failures and support the resolution of mechanical and facility-related issues.
Monitor and analyze maintenance data, equipment performance, and utility consumption to identify opportunities for improvement, cost optimization, and energy conservation.
Coordinate with the Senior Maintenance Manager and maintenance teams to plan and execute maintenance projects, renovations, and upgrades related to electrical, mechanical, and civil systems.
Develop project scopes, budgets, schedules, and procurement plans, and oversee implementation and quality assurance of maintenance and improvement works.
Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, safety regulations, and facility maintenance standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, work orders, testing reports, and asset performance data.
Prepare reports and recommendations related to system performance, maintenance costs, asset lifecycle management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, property management, real estate, industrial facilities, or hospitality, with strong exposure to electrical maintenance and general building services.
Skills: Communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, troubleshooting, and maintenance planning.
