Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Strategy: Develop and execute predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance plans for construction equipment.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures to restore operations promptly.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor junior technicians and maintenance personnel.
- Asset Management: Ensure proper usage, cleaning, and lubrication of machinery, while maintaining detailed maintenance logs.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors for repairs and spare parts procurement.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Job Requirements:
- Flexible to work inside and outside Cairo due to the project needs.
- Bachelor Degree In The Engineering Mechanical / Electrical
- 5-8 years experience in a relevant field, with large-scale construction projects.
- Good command of the English language
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment (cranes, pavers), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like SAP, and hydraulic systems.
