Bachelor of Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience
Minimum ITIL V4 Foundation
Microsoft, TrendMicro and other relevant Technical certifications
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Create, develop and Implement ITSM process like Incident Management, Change Management etc along with writeups
Good Knowledge of HPSM and ManageEngine particularly Triplet creations, reports extraction etc
Able to prepare Dashboards, reports etc
Monitor and Track SLAs
Quality Audits
Able to prepare Standard Operating Procedures
