Senior Manager – Accounts Payable

A leading, fast-growing organisation in the UAE is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager – Accounts Payable to manage its day-to-day AP operations within a complex, high-volume environment.

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, strong financial controls and effective vendor management. The role will also support AP automation, ERP optimisation and continuous process improvement.

We are looking for:

• 8–12 years of progressive Accounts Payable or Finance Shared Services experience
• Strong end-to-end P2P experience within a high-volume, multi-entity environment
• Experience within B2C, data centres, telecommunications, infrastructure, power or energy
• At least three years of AP team management experience
• Strong knowledge of AP controls, IFRS, reconciliations, accruals and month-end closing
• Experience with ERP and AP automation platforms
• A confident and articulate professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, direct environment
• A professional accounting qualification is preferred
• Candidates currently based within the GCC are strongly preferred
