We are looking for a Senior Manager Admin & Corporate Facilities to join our Corporate Services team. This individual will lead and govern Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, and Administration services across Khazna's corporate offices and international locations, with primary accountability for corporate space leasing, office fit-out delivery, workplace design, and space planning. Ensure workplaces are safe, compliant, resilient, and cost-efficient, enabling business continuity, productivity, and sustainable growth. Own the end-to-end corporate real estate and workplace strategy and execution, including leasing requirements definition, landlord/agent engagement, commercial and service-term coordination, strategic facilities planning, space optimization, project governance for new offices/renovations/restacks, vendor and contract management, and administrative service excellence. Some of the key accountabilities are as below:
Strategic Facilities Leadership (Non-Technical)
- Lead end-to-end corporate workplace strategy, including space planning, office design, and fit-out for UAE and international offices.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, Fire & Life Safety, and regulatory standards in collaboration with Engineering and HSE.
Administration Excellence & Service Delivery
- Define and implement a best-in-class administrative operating model (policies, workflows, SLAs).
- Oversee workplace services including stationery, pantry, inventory, events, and travel.
- Lead corporate and trade license renewals, partner with HR on government and visa coordination.
- Optimize travel management through commercial negotiations, SLAs, and performance scorecards.
Vendor & Commercial Governance
- Build and manage a strategic vendor (i.e fit out contractors, furniture suppliers, landlords of rental spaces) ecosystem with clear KPIs, SLAs, and quarterly reviews.
- Support procurement in commercial negotiations and contract renewals within delegated authority.
Budgeting & Financial Stewardship
- Own the annual facilities & administration budget.
Minimum eligibility requirements and key competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, facility management or any other relative field is acceptable.
- Certification in Facility Management Professional (FMP) or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) will be added advantage.
- 812 years in Facilities & Administration or Corporate Real Estate Management.
- Proven experience managing multi-site portfolios and international offices.
- Strong experience in vendor management, budgeting, and workplace strategy.
