Job Description
Location: Riyadh, KSA
Experience: 7–12 years in forensic investigations
Role purpose
Lead complex forensic and financial crime investigations across the Kingdom and the wider GCC. Own engagements end to end, front-end relationships with clients, boards, audit committees and regulators, and build the bilingual investigative team beneath you.
Key responsibilities
- Lead marquee investigations from scoping through to findings, remediation recommendations and reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, boards, audit committees and regulatory bodies; present findings and defend methodology under scrutiny.
- Direct the full investigation lifecycle: planning, evidence preservation, data collection, ESI review, analysis, interviews, documentation and closure.
- Oversee data analytics, e-discovery and document review workstreams, setting review protocols and quality standards.
- Manage, develop and grow a bilingual investigations team; allocate resources across concurrent engagements.
- Manage engagement economics, risk and delivery quality.
Qualifications and certifications
- Chartered Accountant, professional financial accounting qualification, MBA (Finance) or a relevant postgraduate degree.
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) required.
Experience and technical skills
- Demonstrable track record leading high-profile investigations in the region.
- Direct experience front-ending client, board, audit committee and regulator conversations.
- Command of the end-to-end investigation lifecycle.
- Hands-on capability in data analytics and Excel at minimum; e-discovery / ESI review and document review.
Languages
- Fluent English and Arabic.
Preferred
- Prior working exposure to CMA, SAMA or Nazaha engagements.
