Job Purpose:
Lead the company's brand and strategic communications to strengthen market positioning, maintain consistent corporate messaging, and protect the company's reputation.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and lead the Company's brand and strategic communications strategy in alignment with corporate strategy, growth priorities, and market positioning.
- Establish brand positioning, messaging, identity, and governance standards and ensure their consistent application across business units and markets.
- Translate the Company's business strategy, technology capabilities, and value propositions into clear and relevant corporate narratives.
- Lead communication plans for strategic initiatives, market developments, partnerships, and major corporate announcements.
- Manage corporate reputation, media relations, executive communications, and communication responses to emerging issues.
- Ensure corporate communications comply with applicable governance, disclosure, confidentiality, and approval requirements.
- Lead the function's team, resources, external partners, budget, and performance measurement.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum Experience: 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, brand management, or public relations, preferably within the technology or B2B services.
