Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Manager – Business Development to lead growth initiatives, develop strategic client relationships, and drive revenue generation for our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Lead the business development team, providing guidance, motivation, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team targets
  • Manage, mentor, and develop team members by fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
  • Drive lead generation activities, sales pipeline management, and successful closure of business opportunities
  • Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Monitor team performance, set objectives, and provide regular feedback to support professional growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term relationship management
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related disciplinne
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a business development/sales team
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong network and experience in B2B sales; experience in professional services (Audit, Tax, Accounting, Advisory) is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player while independently driving results
