Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales across Higher Education institutions from opportunity creation to deal closure. Engage institutional stakeholders using a consultative selling approach, understanding academic, administrative, and technology priorities. Navigate complex buying processes, decision personas, procurement models, and competitive landscapes in the region. Required Experience & Skills 15+ years of experience in the Higher Education industry. Proven track record selling products and associated services to universities or institutional customers. Strong understanding of the Middle East Higher Education market, including procurement cycles and decision frameworks. Demonstrated capability in consultative and solution-based selling. Established network within Higher Education institutions and relevant industry events. Ability to independently open doors, influence stakeholders, negotiate commercials, and close deals.
