Our client has a critical opening for a Senior Manager to drive their Wealth & Asset Management segment.

This role is focused on high-level relationship management and client acquisition within the institutional finance space.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth: Proactively identify and attract new global clients to the region.

Client Success: Lead the onboarding and adoption process, ensuring a seamless entry into the market.

Market Intel: Conduct deep-dive research into industry trends to formulate effective market entry strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Finance.

Experience: 6-8 years in BD (with at least 4 years at a management level).

Skillset: Strong knowledge of Financial Services, CRM optimization (Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics), and stakeholder engagement.

Language: English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is a significant advantage.
