As a Senior Manager, you will drive the growth of the Wealth and Asset Management division by identifying and securing high value institutional partnerships. This is a front office, revenue generating position that requires a sophisticated understanding of the financial landscape.

You will be responsible for the full business development lifecycle, from initial outreach and deal structuring to long term relationship management. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can navigate the complexities of institutional finance and deliver measurable commercial success.

• Extensive experience within well established and credible financial institutions such as global banks or regulated asset managers
• A proven track record in institutional business development specifically focusing on asset managers, financial institutions, and funds
• Demonstrated ownership of client relationships and a history of successful revenue generation and deal organization
• Deep understanding of the DIFC ecosystem or experience within comparable international financial centers
• Strong career progression that reflects the seniority and depth required for this leadership level
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
