Lead a portfolio of high-impact Business Excellence and Process Transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy.
Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, sponsorship, and adoption of improvement programs.
Drive deployment, governance, and continuous enhancement of the Enterprise Process Excellence Framework, ensuring sustainability of outcomes.
Ensure realization of measurable business benefits (financial, process, customer and compliance).
Lead scoping, planning, and execution of continuous improvement initiatives, process reengineering, and crossfunctional transformation projects.
Conduct and facilitate endtoend process mapping, root-cause analysis, redesign, and optimization using bestpractice methodologies.
Develop and maintain enterprise process documentation, including policies, SOPs, KPIs, RACI, controls framework, and training materials.
Maintain and govern the enterprise process library through BPM tools (e.g., ARIS), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely updates.
Evaluate existing (AsIs) processes, identify gaps, and design optimized (ToBe) workflows that drive efficiency, compliance, and digital enablement.
Contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives such as automation, digitization, operational excellence programs, and new business model implementations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 12-15 years experience in Business Excellence, Process Transformation, or Operational Excellence, within Real Estate or large diversified groups focusing on Real Estate.
Demonstrated expertise in driving process excellence and operational transformation within Real Estate Development or Real Estate focused consulting engagements.
Strong exposure to Intelligent Automation in a process re-engineering context, including AI Driven Automation, experience with process mining/process intelligence platforms (e.g. Celonis, Signavio, Power Automate, etc.).
Experience in digital transformation, automation opportunities (RPA/BPM), and operating model redesign.
Strong expertise in Business Process Management methodologies and frameworks; experience with industry-leading BPM tools (preferably ARIS).
Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.
Proven experience leading complex, crossfunctional projects from concept to execution with successful benefit realization.
Strong analytical, problemsolving, and conceptual thinking skills with ability to introduce creative and effective solutions.
