Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the CEO on strategic planning, priority setting, and decision-making
- Lead and manage CEO-sponsored strategic initiatives from concept through execution
- Conduct business analysis, market assessments, and strategic evaluations
- Prepare high-quality briefing materials, presentations, and recommendations for the CEO
- Coordinate with senior leadership to ensure alignment and follow-through on critical initiatives
- Track execution of key priorities and proactively address risks or bottlenecks
- Represent the CEO in meetings, working sessions, and internal forums as required
- Support confidential and sensitive projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Assist with board, shareholder, or government-related matters when relevant
Candidate Profile
- 812+ years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, corporate development, investments, or senior operational roles
- Strong understanding of business strategy and organizational dynamics
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working with senior executives and influencing without formal authority
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities
